Oregano

Ingredients: chicken, potatoes, lemon, olive oil, oregano, salt & pepper
Instructions: Preheat 190 °C, toss chicken & potatoes with oil, lemon & oregano, bake 1 h 20 m until golden.

Ingredients: dough, tomato sauce, mozzarella, oregano, olive oil
Instructions: Top dough with sauce & cheese, sprinkle oregano, bake at 220 °C for 10–12 m.
Bay Leaves

Ingredients: beef chuck, veggies, red wine, broth, bay leaves, thyme
Instructions: Brown beef, sauté veggies, deglaze, add broth & leaves, simmer 2 h.

Ingredients: chicken, carrots, celery, onion, garlic, bay leaves
Instructions: Simmer all in water 1½–2 h, skim foam, shred chicken, season.
Himalayan Pink Salt

Ingredients: steaks, pink salt, pepper, olive oil
Instructions: Coat with oil, season, grill 3–4 m per side.

Ingredients: heavy cream, pink salt
Instructions: Whip until butter forms, drain, mix salt, chill.
